Working out - what happened?

I used to be so active in sports during my teenage years. I heavily participated in P.E (Physical Education) at school, running and playing netball. Following post 16 education my level of physical activity declined. Or shall I say was non-existent. I focused more on getting my assignments done on time and meeting deadlines than my physical health. This was clearly a mistake on my part. Health is wealth and I'm determined to get back into a routine to take care of my physical body too. I've been out of the game for too long. But it's better late than never. I can no longer afford for my trainers to sit inside the trainer box. I need to get running, walking, jogging or doing some form of activity at least 30 mins per day, because my health depends on it. If you're reading this and can relate, I just want to encourage you to make a start. Even if it's baby steps. Little by little we will get there.
